Looking at buying this Dell 4k monitor to hook up both my new MacBook Air and a 2008 vintage MB Pro.

Have tested with iPad pro 12.9 inch with USB-C and it works well with out any.

Have been using Dell U2412 before, and this monitor is almost the same physical size (due to less bezels). I am using it for my Macbook pro early 2013 model connected via the display port (mini display port to display port cable).
